Strategic logic

The Connected Bus Program had the technology, the funding and the mandate. It did not have the trust of the independent regional operators who had to run it. Metro-centric government directives rarely land well in regional NSW – and resistance from operators would have stalled the expansive program. With a clear, engaging animated video, we didn’t just solve a communications problem. We helped solve a change management problem – translating obligation into operational value and replacing scepticism with conviction. The vision for NSW’s transport network didn’t just get communicated. It got adopted.
