Description

Messy was asked to design an environmentally friendly invitation for the Sydney launch of the Veolia Observatory of Urban Lifestyles. The event was to showcase the results of a survey of over 8500 people, exploring the relationship that city dwellers have with their city.

Inspired by Shakespeare’s famous quote “What’s the city but the people?,” this invitation featured a die-cut of the Sydney skyline, which opened to reveal an image of everyday people commuting.

The invitation was printed using waterless printing, on 100% recycled paper.
