The Messy process behind the scenes

The Messy process behind the scenes

The creative process is one facet of design that for the most part occurs behind closed doors. Therefore it’s no surprise that many people are oblivious to the journey undertaken before arriving at that final design solution.

More than just designers, at the heart of it we are expert problem solvers. No matter the size, each brief is unique and therefore requires a tailored response. Not only is this the part of our job that we enjoy the most, but it’s this expertise that's most valuable to our clients.

In an age where design is at risk of becoming a commodity, the creative process is what differentiates meaningful and effective design from the masses.

At Messy, we bring fresh thinking to every project - which means lots of researching, strategising, brainstorming and sketching, mixed in with heaps of coffee, music, laughs and even field trips to get inspired. For the most part it’s fun, sometimes challenging, but finding that magical solution is always rewarding. It's what drives us in our messy little world!
